Below is the return and exchange policy applicable to orders within the United Arab Emirates (orders outside the UAE are not eligible for return).
Return & Exchange Terms:

The allowed period for returns and exchanges is 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Products purchased through the website cannot be returned or exchanged through Laverne branches.
This policy does not apply to:

Opened perfumes (please test the fragrance using the included sample only).

Face, hand, or skin care products.
-
Laverne samples.
-
Offers/bundles that include more than one product are not eligible for partial returns.

Delivery and Cash on Delivery (COD) are paid services for delivering the order and collecting payment upon receipt. If a return is requested after delivery, the related service fees will be deducted, as the customer has benefited from the service.
Refund Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued according to the original payment method used in the order.

Enter your email address and order number (the email must be the same one used in the order).

Select the order you want to return from your orders list.

A prepaid return shipping label will be issued by Laverne and sent to you via email.

The shipping company will contact you to collect the item(s) you wish to return.
Exchange Steps:

Enter your email address and order number (the email must be the same one used in the order).

Select the order you want to return from your orders list.

A prepaid return shipping label will be issued by Laverne and sent to you via email.

The shipping company will contact you to collect the item(s) you wish to return.

After receiving and inspecting the product, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used in the order.

You may then place a new order for the fragrance you would like.
Important Notes

Orders purchased through apps or platforms outside Laverne’s website are subject to the return policy of the platform where the purchase was made.

Orders outside the UAE are not eligible for return.

Only one return request can be submitted per order. A second return request cannot be submitted for the same order number.

Delivery and COD are paid services. If a return is requested after delivery, the related service fees will be deducted.

If an international order is not received for any reason (no response, unpaid customs fees, or otherwise), shipping fees and customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
