Laverne Return Policy:
- Products purchased through the website are not returnable at all through Laverne branches.
The period allowed for returning products is seven days from the date of receiving the order.
The amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of the product by the shipping company.
- Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will be refunded through Tamara or Tabby.
-The return policy does not include the following products: Laverne samples.
- Laverne perfumes purchased from other applications are subject to the return and exchange policy of the application from which the order was made.
-Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not returnable.
- Delivery and cash on delivery service is a paid service in exchange for receiving the order and paying at the time. When the product arrives and there is a desire to return it, it is deducted for the customer’s benefit.
- Offers consisting of more than one product are not subject to partial refund.
- The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes , please try the perfume through the attached sample only.
- The return and exchange policy does not apply to any face, hand and skin care products.
- For international orders, if you do not receive your order, whether due to non-response, non-payment of customs fees for your order, or any other reason, the value of the customs fees and shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount.
If you wish to return the product and get a refund, you can start the return request by contacting customer support.

Replacement steps in Laverne:
1- Submit a return request through the return platform .
2- Shipping the product to be returned (shipping costs are borne by Laverne).
3- After that, the amount will be transferred to your account after the product arrives.
4- Then you can order any perfume you want.
Laverne Order Exchange Policies:
The period allowed for exchanging orders is seven days from the date of receiving the order.
- Laverne will send a paid shipping policy via email within a maximum period of 3 business days to deliver it with the product to the shipping company.
-Shipments outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not exchangeable or refundable.
- The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes , please try the perfume through the attached sample only.
